"What is the girl's name?" His voice made everyone shiver in fear. As they were now all standing in front of their boss' brother's dead body. However he seemed oddly very calm considering the situation. Jeong In the name alone used to send shivers down their spine and his older brother laid there, dead.

"Sir, it is the same assassin and her partner. And after checking the CCTV, we understood, the partner only tackled the guards; your brother was killed by that girl." Jeong in slapped that man harshly.

"Shame on you all, why do I spend so much on you all? It's been a month and all my men are dying, that too by a girl." He could feel himself getting angrier because since years they have always smuggled the girls from one country to another as he always thought they are an easy target. But it's a girl who is threatening the complete business of his.

"Sir it's difficult to tackle the girl. She's very skilled and even the police department is quite confidential about her identity. But I have gained information that she is an orphan but currently she's dating. It's Kim Taehyung the renowned CEO of Kim enterprises."

Jeong In scoffed, "That guy? What a match. He is completely opposite to this girl. She is killing all my men and he barely kills an ant. But it's nice. Find out if he's her weakness so we can torment the little guy a little." Jeong In stated and laughed on his own while everyone understood, it was not going to end well.

Kim Mansion,

"Y/N?" Jung kook almost yelled seeing her he was confused how he should react. Y/n was equally confused to see him. "So that clingy little boy is Jung kook?" she said and Jung kook pouted. Taehyung laughed a little and nodded. "Yes, it is him but how do you know each other?"

Jung kook laughed nervously and y/n contemplated as what to say. She cannot yet reveal the truth. So she laughed a little and said, "Because he is dating my best friend." Jung kook's eyes widened but he didn't deny and nodded his head while others were equally surprised but rejoiced immediately.

"So the two youngest of the family managed to get the two best friends. It's great news by the way. One day we would meet the two of you together" Mrs. Kim said.

Jung kook came beside y/n and whispered near her ear and whispered, "nice save but how did you know I am dating your best friend?" y/n's jaw dropped.

"I was just lying, but you're really dating her?!" She was shocked and Jungkook gave her a sheepish smile nodding his head.

"Y/n, daughter, come today I have asked both of my daughter in laws to cook your favourite dishes. Come, sit down" Mrs. Kim said and when u/n went away Taehyung pulled Jungkook to the corner.

"What were you talking with her?" His eyes were slightly possessive and jealous.

"Hyung! I was just talking about her bestfriend. As you heard I am dating her."

"Oh really and how she is?" Taehyung asked curiously.

"She's beautiful, sweet sometimes savage." He replied getting lost in his own thoughts.

"Okay, if you're saying then. But make sure to treat her well. Now let's go and have dinner."

Taehyung said and Jungkook nodded while his mind went back to thinking about Tasha.

~ A few weeks back

After the class reunion got over Jungkook and Tasha were now returning home in his car. "So you have a boyfriend, Rocky? Tasha nodded her head but she looked sad. "What happened suddenly?"

"Rocky isn't very nice. Don't tell to Y/N but rocky often gets very abusive and toxic. So even though in loved him before, I don't really love him anymore." Tasha confessed and Jungkook was surprised.

"Then why don't you breakup with him?"

"Do you think I have not tried? But he always threatens me. And you know I live all alone in here. My parents are old and I am the only child. So I don't want to create much problems."

Tasha's words did something to Jung kook's heart. He felt the urge to help her.

"Well then I can help you. We'll once again act like we are in love and if he does something weird I'll show him some lesson." Jungkook said and Tasha felt her heartbeat get faster. Her cheeks turned reddish as she accepted the offer of help. They reach Rocky's apartment, but to their surprise rocky was already there with another girl making out. Tasha even though didn't love him anymore she never cheated on him. She wanted to respect the relationship. But now it was clear that rocky was not only a toxic person but was also a cheater.

Jungkook felt sad for her but he wasn't surprised. "What do you think you're doing?" Tasha said making both rocky and the girl look at them with surprise.

"Tasha what are you doing here? That too at this time?"

"That is not the point, Rocky. You cheated on me." She said and slapped him when he approached her. His face turned to the other side and he looked at her with malicious intent. But before Rocky could even touch Tasha, Jungkook held his hand.

"Careful because you might lose this hand of yours. " Jung kook's voice low and husky, as he yanked him away. Tasha was in tears as she said, "we are done, Rocky. I am breaking up with you."

"Did you hear that, if you dare to hurt her I will make sure to show you the doors of hell even before you die." Jungkook threatened and Rocky shivered in fear. He nodded and Jungkook came out of the apartment with Tasha.

"Why are you crying, you already knew he is toxic right?" Jungkook asked Tasha cupping his cheeks so their eyes met.

"I know, but it still feels bad. I was still somewhat emotionally invested hoping he might change later. I would accept the times he would slap me or verbally abuse me thinking the same." Jungkook felt his heart wrenching at her words. He wiped her tears and said, "You deserve better than that, Sweetheart. No one deserves to be treated like that. Your partner should love you not abuse you even if he's angry. Okay?"

Tasha nodded crying, tears still streaming down her eyes. Jungkook felt the urge to pull her for a passionate kiss. He leaned towards her face almost about to kiss but then he opened his eyes and looked at Tasha's doe eyes.

"Can I?" he seeks permission and it would be a lie if Tasha would say she didn't feel a strange connection with him. She too wanted to kiss him. And even if he did kiss her without permission she won't have been angry. But seeing him asking for permission made her feel the need even more. So she slowly nodded her head.

As Jung kook's lips met with hers, both of them felt like melting against each other. Tasha's arms slowly wrapped around his neck, while Jung kook's one hand was holding the back of her nape while another one was holding her waist firmly pulling her closer to himself. When their tongues met they could feel the taste of the alcohol they had moments back. Standing under the open sky they got to live an intimate moment. While the desolate street, the trees and everything present in the nature became their witnesses.

A few minutes later it started raining very heavily as they pulled apart, still standing close to each other, breathing heavily. Their foreheads were attached as Jungkook stared deep into her eyes. He very softly tucked a hair strand behind her ear and said, " I know it's absurd for confessing so suddenly. But I think you deserve the whole world's happiness and I want to give you that pleasure. I want to keep you happy and treat you like a princess, just how you deserve. So tell me, Tasha will you give me the honor to do so? Can I be your boyfriend?"

Tasha's heartbeat was already very fast, and the words that left Jung kook's mouth made her get even more flushed.

"Yes".
